Quests with skill rewards - Guild Wars Forums

At the moment one of my characters is doing his ascension quests. When I have done it and want to change my secondary profession, what happens to the open quests I still have which reward me with a skill for my primary and secondary profession. Does it give me a skill for my new secondary profession or do I first need to drop that quest?

As far as i know you gotta drop it first. Otherwise you will just unlock skills you cant use with that character since you changed your secondary (can use em with PvP Char though)
